Kaneyoshi Ryokan – A Favorite for Families in Osaka

Kaneyoshi Ryokan offers a public bath on the top floor for guests to use after a day of sightseeing. The hotel provides a currency exchange machine at the entrance with competitive rates. Luggage storage and baggage forwarding services are available for guests arriving before check-in or departing after checkout.

Japanese-style rooms feature tatami flooring, a separate seating area with a small balcony, and river views over the Dotonbori Canal. Each room includes a private bathroom, air conditioning, a TV, and a hairdryer, plus yukata robes for wearing in the hotel. A water dispenser on each floor provides free hot and cold water 24 hours a day.

A traditional Japanese breakfast is served each morning in a dedicated dining room with tatami seating at 7:00, 7:30, or 8:00. Breakfast includes small dishes such as grilled fish, rice, pickles, and tea. The hotel offers tea and complimentary cookies in each room, and free coffee and tea in the lobby.

The ryokan is situated on the Dotonbori Canal, directly in the center of Osaka's main entertainment and dining district. Nipponbashi Monument is steps from the front door, and Hoan-ji Temple is 200 meters away. Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade is a 6-minute walk, and Namba Station (accessible via an underground mall) is a 10-minute walk.

The hotel enforces a front door curfew from 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM with key access for registered guests. 24-hour security is provided through CCTV in common areas and outside the property, plus smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. The hotel has a designated smoking area and a lift serving all floors.
